Allan is a father of two fantastic daughters, a devoted son, a lover of life and a continuous learner who is forever curious. He is an entrepreneur, a builder, and a dreamer. EVP of Operations
Nick is a founding member of Social Discovery Corp and dedicates himself to helping develop the company to focus on client needs. He manages operations company-wide and works closely with each department to ensure a cohesive and collaborative company culture.
Outside of work, Nick has a passion for the Japanese language and culture. He spent three years living and traveling in Japan. In 2008, Nick landed the opportunity to work and run business operations for a Japanese company in Saitama, Japan. In his free time, Nick enjoys learning how to read, write and speak Thai. He also loves spending time with his four-legged friend, a golden retriever named Honey.
Steve is a true family-oriented husband and father who loves spending time with his dog and family. He is a serial entrepreneur, a “Jersey Guy” whose passion for math and dedication to calendars keeps him goal-oriented to success. He creates teams that are adept at quick pivots while maintaining concise business acumen. His favorite quote is: “Don’t worry about showing me how smart you are; show me how good you are.”
EVP of Business Development
Chris is an avid kayaker, dogsled rollerblader, award-winning BBQ cook, positive thought warrior, and lover of all things spicy! He teaches his three girls to be resilient, resourceful, and respectful. He started his insurance career directly out of college as an independent insurance risk manager. Chris is an engaging public speaker and active with his community as a Freemason and the founder of #CLEpeach, a service organization with over 1,500 members who are passionate about having fun while cleaning up the environment.
EVP of Customer Success
Caleb has built his career working in managerial positions in security and intelligence. He enjoys developing strategies to increase efficiency in work processes and creating and maintaining strong bonds with clients to ensure company growth. As the EVP of Customer Success, Caleb is responsible for the management of the Customer Success team, which ensures client satisfaction remains at a high level while also ensuring we build and maintain relationships with our users. Caleb spends his free time with his wife and daughter and enjoys all things outdoors.
Director of Intelligence
Michael is responsible for overseeing the online investigation process and ensuring that every social media report adheres to the highest quality standards before it is delivered to the customer. Doing his job well means that Michael stays on top of the latest online and social media trends. He is known for his dedication and impeccable attention to detail when screening reports and ensuring they are 100% complete and accurate. When Michael is not online, you can usually find him outdoors, enjoying his favorite activities like camping, hunting, fishing, hiking, and off-roading.
Assistant Director of Intelligence
Casey is from Charlotte, North Carolina. He is responsible for keeping up with the newest social media trends and the online investigation process to provide the most accurate information for reports. In his free time, Casey enjoys watching North Carolina basketball and spending time with his friends and family.

Courtney has worked for Social Discovery Corp since 2021. She was born and raised in Charlotte, North Carolina. Courtney graduated from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. She loves working for SDC because she firmly believes in the product we deliver, and she loves to work first-hand with the customers we serve every day!
Danja’s career spans positions in public relations, corporate communications and marketing across various industries. Over the last 13 years, Danja has worked for an Australian IT company, a major Canadian not-for-profit organization, and a boutique direct response marketing agency. She loves coming up with creative ways to help companies tell their stories and connect with their customers.
As Marketing Manager, Danja leads Social Discovery’s marketing activities and works closely with the Operations, Sales and Customer Success teams to communicate the company’s vision.
In her free time, Danja loves hiking, camping and being outdoors. Her favorite quote is: “Simplicity is the ultimate sophistication.”
