Nick is a founding member of Social Discovery and dedicates himself to helping develop the company to focus on client needs. He manages operations company-wide and works closely with each department to ensure a cohesive and collaborative company culture.

Outside of work, Nick has a passion for the Japanese language and culture. He spent three years living and traveling in Japan. In 2008, Nick landed the opportunity to work and run business operations for a Japanese company in Saitama, Japan. In his free time, Nick enjoys learning how to read, write and speak Thai. He also loves spending time with his four-legged friend, a golden retriever named Honey.

After a 12-year run at an InsurTech company in various leadership and tech roles, Yannick joined Social Discovery in the fall of 2024 to lead the technology side of the business.

As CTO, he’s responsible for maintaining and continuously improving Social Discovery’s tech stack. Based in the Netherlands, Yannick enjoys a uniquely efficient morning commute - from his bedroom, past the coffee machine and straight into his study.

Outside of work, you’ll find Yannick playing baseball with his local team or exploring Europe’s rich history by visiting its many incredible sites.

With over four decades of experience in the insurance industry, Chuck has held senior roles, including Senior Director of Claims and Assistant Vice President Workers Compensation, with prestigious organizations including ADP TotalSource, American International Group (AIG) and Travelers Insurance Company.

His extensive career showcases a proven track record of collaboration with internal and external business partners to develop client-friendly solutions, particularly in multi-line and professional employer organization (PEO) insurance claims. Chuck holds a Bachelor’s degree from Colby College.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Chuck dedicates his time to volunteer with the New Hampshire Lakes Association. In his leisure, he enjoys activities like hiking, boating, travel and sports.

With over 15 years of experience in public relations, corporate communications, and marketing, Danja brings a versatile and strategic perspective to her role. She has worked across a range of industries, including tech, non-profit, and direct response marketing—most recently with an Australian IT firm, a leading Canadian non-profit, and a boutique marketing agency.

Danja is passionate about storytelling and thrives on finding creative ways to help brands connect with their audiences. As Marketing Director at Social Discovery, she leads all marketing efforts and collaborates closely with the Operations, Sales, and Customer Success teams to bring the company’s vision to life.

Outside of work, Danja enjoys hiking, camping, and spending time in nature. A firm believer in the power of simplicity, she lives by the quote: “Simplicity is the ultimate sophistication.”

Lexi is a Sales Development Representative with a background in customer relations and tech support. She’s passionate about connecting with people, understanding their needs, and finding smart solutions to their challenges.

With her calm, problem-solving mindset and commitment to great service, Lexi brings a thoughtful approach to every interaction. Outside of work, you’ll find her playing badminton, hanging out with her kitten Hoshi, or deep into a medical drama or SVU marathon.
